If a Sozo Gift product is delivered and you feel it is defective in any way, email us at support@sozogifts.com and we will replace the item at no cost to you.

 

Many of the products that ship from our facility are gifts, and Sozo Gifts assumes no responsibility for the shipping addresses of gifts, as the gift sender enters the shipping address at the time of ordering. If a gift cannot be delivered for any reason, we make an attempt to contact the gift recipient and correct the address. If we cannot get a correct address our policy is to route the package to the gift sender for delivery.
