This Double Gold Medal winning red wine is our most popular. The wine was aged in 35% New French Oak before being blended with Merlot and Syrah and then bottled. This particular wine has aged well in the bottle.
It’s approachable with soft layered tannins, aromas of blackberry, toasted oak, vanilla, and a hint of cloves. It pairs well with red meat, cheeses, and plank salmon.
The Coro uncured salami is a local Pacific Northwest artisan's take on the classic uncured meats of the old world, made with the finest ingredients including naturally-raised, antibiotic-free grain fed pork.
